Design Challenge:

LIFT 1428 is a design and marketing agency dedicated to consumer health engagement and education. LIFT approaches healthcare through the lens of design, and its employees embody the principles of design to ensure the highest levels of strategic and cultural relevance. 

Solution:

The Institute of Healthcare Design Thinking facilitates a reoccurring quarterly design studio for LIFT employees and interns intended to enhance the culture and practice of design. The LIFT Design Studio functions as a company experience intended to drive internal innovation, learning, and team connectivity. Insights from design studio events inform client deliverables from a human-centered perspective. 

Deliverables:

  • Design, execution, and facilitation of custom workshop and supporting content, tools, and resources.
  • Ongoing problem statements to fuel solution design for LIFT clients.
