A rather large hospital system in North Texas realized the imperative of becoming a human-centered, health improvement organization—activating the health and wellbeing of the communities they serve while driving business and clinical strategy. Internal reorganization and cultural transformation were required to achieve such a vision.

The Institute, alongside Chattanooga healthcare marketing firm LIFT 1428, designed a custom curriculum and internal stakeholder engagement strategy intended to foster the development of a design-centric culture among an 80-person enterprise voice and brand team to strategically drive consumer health engagement through the lens of design.

  • Internal user research & engagement strategy.
  • Custom design thinking curriculum.
